I had alway been somebody who focused on health, after all I had made my living in my 20's and 30's teaching others how to stay fit and healthy.

But as I got older, it became harder. Even though I tried to do all the 'right' things... as I moved into my mid and late 50's I started to gain weight that I couldn't shift. Worse, I was always tired. I felt invisible. And I started to feel old!

Then one day in a moment of sheer frustration - I decided to stop listening to the 'dogma and marketing' around weight loss, diet and exercise, and rediscover how to trust my own wisdom and intuition. 

It was then I created the Four Step Methodology to Living Lighter!

Amazingly, not only did I easily release the weight that no longer served me.... but I gained more energy, joy, and confidence. It felt like I was turning back the clock as I felt so much lighter!
